Molly O'Steen (She/Her) Program Director & Founder | Improv & Sketch Comedy
Molly O'Steen works with students of all ages to develop their skills and techniques as performers in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Molly uses her B.F.A. in Theatre Education and MSed in Special Education to create personalized theater learning plans for individual students. She studied under Robert Colby, Shakespeare & Co. practitioners, and other renowned theater educators to craft her academically aligned, developmentally appropriate approach. Over the past decade, Molly has worked at independent, public, and special education schools across NYC to provide complex, scaffolded arts instruction. Molly believes students of all learning styles and backgrounds deserve high-quality access to theater education. Molly also works as a freelance film & theater historian, moderating panels with organizations such as American Cinema Editors.

Nicole Borbone (She/Her) Physical Theatre, Founding Teaching Artist
Nicole is a NYC based actor, choreographer and theatre teacher. She earned her BA in Theatre Performance at Fordham University and is a recent graduate of NYU’s Educational Theatre MA program. Nicole has trained in physical theatre worldwide from New York to Italy to Spain bringing influences of La Coq, commedia dell’arte and contemporary dance to her teachings and work.

Franco Pedicini (He/Him) Acting & Devising, Founding Teaching Artist
Franco Pedicini is an actor, director, and producer with Wise Fish Theatre Collective. Franco holds a B.A. in English Literature and Theatre from Stony Brook University, and a M.A. in Theatre from Hunter College. He is a member of Actors’ Equity and the Educational Theatre Association. Franco also serves as Theatre Director at the Rippowam Cisqua School in Bedford, NY.

Valeria Aceves (They/She)
Valeria Aceves (they/she) is a proud Mexican actor and graduate from The Neighborhood Playhouse. Recent credits include: National Tour of Sugar Skull: A Día De Muertos Musical Adventure, Book Of Wonder (Forestburgh Playhouse), Boys Will Be Dogs (The Rat), Rock Of Ages (Best Newcomer Award), as well as multiple cabarets like Just My Type, Everyday Enchanted, Broadway Boombox, among others. Passionate also for teaching, Valeria has worked as a teaching artist at The Neighborhood Playhouse Junior School, APTC, Broadway For Arts Education and now they are so happy to return to Fair Playhouse!e

Amanda Ryan
Amanda Ryan is a New York City based theatrical designer, educator, and technician, and she is thrilled to get to work with the Fair Playhouse! Amanda also works as a Teaching Artist with Roundabout Theatre Company, teaching theatrical lighting and stage electrics as part of the Theatrical Workforce Development Program. When she is not in the classroom, Amanda can be found behind the lighting console at Live Nation and The Bowery Presents venues across the city. BFA: Emerson College. MFA: Brooklyn College.
