The Core Curriculum Program: Foundation and Professional Exposure

Our Core Curriculum Program provides a comprehensive and rigorous training experience, offered as a full-day program on Saturdays during the Fall and Spring semesters. Students are grouped into two-three ensembles based on age and/or grade level.

Core Classes with Our Faculty

Every ensemble participates in the same core classes focused on performance technique and devising. Our dedicated core faculty introduces students to a wide variety of foundational techniques, exercises, games, and disciplines to help them become well-rounded young artists. Elective offerings vary each semester depending on student interest, and all classes are tailored to the specific needs and development level of each ensemble.

Visiting Broadway Master Classes

To give our students greater exposure and experience with diverse professional techniques, we regularly invite visiting teachers to host Broadway Master Classes. These special sessions provide an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals, bringing different approaches, styles, and disciplines beyond the core curriculum. Best of all, all Broadway Master Classes are included in the regular program schedule and tuition, ensuring every student benefits from this high-level professional exposure.

Advanced Opportunities

Students in the upper grades (7th-12th) have the option to sign up for Intensive Master Classes following the Core Curriculum Program. These Intensives can be taken as part of the full-day program for a discounted additional cost or as a stand-alone class for students not participating in the full-day program at full price.
